About the game

What you do in a play session

Get your heart ready and grab your flashlight because you're about to descend into the depths of Paris! In 'EXIT: The Game – The Catacombs of Horror', the City of Lights hides a very dark secret beneath its streets. The mood is pure suspense: a friend has vanished in the underground labyrinths, and now it's up to you and your group of explorers to enter this nightmare and bring them back. But be careful, because the catacombs don't like visitors and will do everything to swallow anyone who dares to enter.

If you've played other titles in the EXIT series, you already know the golden rule: there is no going back. You will fold, tear, write on, and even destroy components to solve the riddles. That's why the game is single-use — once you've solved it, the box becomes just a memory of your victory (or your defeat). The big twist in this adventure is that it's divided into two distinct parts. This means you have two independent challenges, allowing you to take a break between sessions or try to beat your own time in each stage.

The game requires the group to work in total harmony. You'll need sharp observation, lateral thinking, and, of course, a dose of courage to face the cavernous mysteries. The experience is immersive and puts the pressure of time on your neck, turning your living room table into a real stone labyrinth. Can you crack the codes and escape before the catacombs become your tomb? Gather your friends, organize your thoughts, and try not to panic as the light fades away!
