How to Play Faraway: People From Below

Objective of the Game

In Faraway: People From Below, you are navigating the continent of Alula, which is full of surprises. You will encounter two ancient groups: the Guides and the Three-Eyed Ones. Your goal is to acquire Fame through new ways introduced by these ancient people to emerge as the winner.

Setup

To prepare the game, follow these steps:

• Add the new expansion cards to their respective decks:
  • Add the 9 Region cards to the Region card deck.
  • Add the 8 Sanctuary cards to the Sanctuary card deck.
• Shuffle both decks thoroughly after adding the new cards.
• Note that this expansion introduces a new grey Biome called Mystical Havens, which may appear on both Region cards and Sanctuary cards.

Actions and How to Play

This expansion introduces new ways of acquiring Fame through the presence of the Guides and the Three-Eyed Ones. Additionally, players will encounter Region cards featuring the new Mystical Havens Biome.

End of Game and Scoring

The game ends when the specific end-game trigger is met (Consulte o manual para detalhes sobre esta seção). Once the game ends, Fame is calculated using the following criteria:

• 7 Fame for every set of 3 different resources.
• 5 Fame for every Mystical Haven card (this applies to both Region cards and Sanctuary cards).
