About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for a clash of colors and shapes with GembloQ! In this abstract strategy game, each player receives an identical set of translucent pieces, ranging from one to five squares in size. The goal is straightforward: be the first to get rid of all your pieces on the square game board. Your first piece must land in the corner closest to you, and each subsequent piece needs to touch the corner of one of your pieces already on the board. Sounds simple, right? But the catch is that the board fills up quickly, and the pieces have very specific shapes. You'll need to think carefully about where to place each one to avoid getting yourself into a bind later and, of course, to try and disrupt your friends' plans. It's a fast-paced game, visually appealing with its colorful pieces, and it tests your ability to plan and adapt. Perfect for those who enjoy a mental challenge without much fuss, where every move counts and spatial reasoning is your greatest asset. GembloQ is the kind of game you learn quickly but that will make you rack your brain to master. Ideal for filling your free time with a fierce and intelligent contest. Grab your pieces and let's cover this board!
