About the game
What you do in a play session
You know that saying 'don't judge a book by its cover'? Well, in Gli Insospettabili, that saying is the key to your success—or your total failure! Get ready for an investigation where visual logic is your greatest enemy. The game places you and your friends in a mystery setting where a group of investigators must find the culprit, but with a very peculiar twist: the Witness is strictly forbidden from mentioning anything about the suspects' physical appearance.
Forget questions like 'does he wear glasses?', 'is he blond?', or 'does he have a beard?'. That's off-limits! The real challenge here is to dive deep into the psychology and habits of the characters. The Witness must provide clues based solely on the culprit's personality and lifestyle. How would you describe someone without saying what they look like? 'He seems like the type of person who drinks black coffee and reads philosophy books in the middle of the night'? That's exactly how the fun works.
Investigators must use this psychological intuition to eliminate the wrong suspects and pinpoint the true criminal. It's a cooperative game that plays with our natural tendency to judge people by their looks, turning that bias into a super fun and engaging gameplay mechanic. With quick sessions lasting around 20 minutes, it's the perfect 'filler' for any game night, especially if you have a large crowd gathered. It's fast, it's hilarious, and it will make you question if you really know the people around you just by what they say about themselves!
