In Happy Hour you and your coworkers are employees of a company that’s hit hard by a crisis and now lives under the threat of another round of layoffs. To keep their own jobs, the staff decides to sabotage rivals by feeding them the dubious fare from the corner bar. Each player has a deck of food cards – from mildly nasty snacks to dishes that grant victory points. When you play a card on someone else, they gain the food’s points but also accumulate "weight" on their organs. If the weight exceeds the limit, that colleague dies and leaves the game. The goal is to be the last survivor or, once someone has died, to have the most victory points. The pace is brisk, decisions are simple (play or not, accept or refuse a dish) and the dark humor of the theme keeps the session light‑hearted. The game supports 3‑6 players, lasts about 45 minutes (can stretch with larger groups) and has almost no complexity (1/5 weight on BGG). Components include colorful cards, weight markers, and a small reference board. Perfect for happy‑hour nights, friend gatherings, or parties where you enjoy laughing at each other’s misfortunes without taking anything seriously.
