Hero Realms: Boss Deck – The Dragon

Hero Realms: Boss Deck – The Dragon is the most anticipated expansion of the Hero Realms series, bringing a dragon or lich as a boss that challenges a party of 2 to 4 hero players. Each boss comes with an initial 30‑card deck, each card featuring unique abilities, new card types, and a design that makes the player feel the monster’s power. The goal is simple: the boss must eliminate the heroes before they can win. The deck, bag, and pool building mechanic is retained, but now the boss also builds its own deck, creating an AI experience that requires planning and adaptation. Additionally, the expansion introduces a boss‑vs‑boss duel mode, where two players can pit their dragons or liches against one another, creating an epic and unpredictable showdown. The game remains lightweight and fast, with games lasting about 20 to 30 minutes, ideal for weekend sessions or for those looking for something shorter than traditional board games. Components include 30 boss cards, 2 boss decks, 1 dragon or lich card, and 1 boss deck card, all printed in Portuguese and English. The expansion is a Kickstarter crowdfunding project that has already won over adventure and strategy fans. If you enjoy high‑stakes battles, building smart decks, and putting your dragon into action, Hero Realms: Boss Deck – The Dragon is the perfect choice to raise the level of your game sessions.
