Imperial Settlers: Diplomacy Promo Tiles

We have the 'Golden Route/Confiscation' tile, which lets you peek at another player's hand and snag a card from them, but they also get a copy and can choose a side. If they pick the confiscation side, they get some goods back. The other is the 'Declaration of War/Mobilization' tile, which produces swords. To grab it, you spend workers and declare war on an opponent, who receives the tile and chooses a side. The mobilization side generates workers and, when used, passes the tile to the next player.
