About the game
What you do in a play session
Welcome to ARES-6, the Martian mining colony where crime doesn't just pay, it's the currency of the realm! In Infamy, you step into the shoes of a freelancer mercenary, a hired gun in a lawless land where three factions – the Harada Cartel, the Trust Megacorp, and the PKD Militia – are battling for control. Your goal? To profit from the chaos and build your name, whatever that means in this dusty corner of the galaxy. To achieve this, you'll rely on a network of shady contacts and the ability to hire henchmen for the dirty work, or perhaps, to hatch more elaborate schemes from the shadows. In Infamy, almost everything is for sale, and ambition is the only currency that truly matters. The game revolves around a 'Pay to Play' mechanism: to make bids in auctions, you must sacrifice your future bidding power. Keep an eye on your cash! Spend it all on bids, and you might end up with no resources. Refuse to bid, and you'll watch your rivals snatch up everything you covet. Win the game by being the first to reach 15 Infamy points or by dominating one of the factions. Prepare for a game of auction, influence, and direct confrontation, with a sci-fi twist and plenty of backstabbing. It's a game for those who enjoy watching the circus burn and coming out on top!
