About the game

What you do in a play session

Prepare for a new nightmare in Kingdom Death: Monster with the Honeycomb Weaver expansion! This new addition brings two terrifying challenges to your campaign. The monster's first form, the 10-year version, can be fought as early as the first year of the campaign, throwing you headfirst into the action and the difficulty we already know and love (or hate!). Then there's the 100-year form, a much tougher level 3 monster that will demand all your strategy and courage. The reward? A set of incredibly powerful armor and weapons that can turn the tide in your favor.

This expansion doesn't skimp on substantial components: there are two rulebooks (one for each monster form), highly detailed Honeycomb Weaver miniatures (both the 10-year and 100-year versions), plus other creatures and armor pieces that will make your game table even more epic. With over 80 cards, including equipment cards and a special settlement event, each playthrough promises to be unique and full of surprises.

If you enjoy the narrative drive and tough choices of Kingdom Death: Monster, the Honeycomb Weaver will keep you hooked from start to finish. The dice rolling mechanic with critical hits and failures remains the same, but the new forms and challenges add an extra layer of tension. And for those who enjoy playing solo, the expansion also offers a robust solo experience. Be warned, though: the game has extensive language dependency, so be prepared for translations and notes, as the English text is quite dense!
