About the game
What you do in a play session
Krosmaster: Wild Realms arrives as the second wave of figures for fans of Krosmaster: Arena and other titles in the line. It adds 16 new miniatures, packaged in blind boxes of 12 pieces: eight commons, four rares and four that toggle between the two categories. Among the newcomers are Bwork Archer, Bwork Warrior, Bworker, three gelatinous wolves (Snoowolf, Boowolf and Moowolf), the enigmatic Ko‑Fang the White, Groarg Gamel, Medor Thraki, and the Jelly King squad – Raspberry, Lemon, Mint and Strawberry – each paired with a summonable jelly. The standout is the Dragon‑Pig, a figure that mixes humor with firepower.
The game keeps the classic Krosmaster mechanics: action points to move, attack or trigger special abilities; dice rolls to resolve combat; grid‑based movement that encourages tactical positioning; and an open draft where players pick their figures before the match. Each mini has variable powers, guaranteeing different combos each play. Playtime ranges from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on player count (2‑4) and rule familiarity. Complexity is light‑moderate, ideal for quick duels while still rewarding thoughtful ability combos.
Because everything comes in blind packs, opening a box feels collectible – who doesn’t love the surprise of which rarity drops? On the downside, a fully translated rulebook isn’t yet available, so players may need to rely on the French or English version. In short, Wild Realms is a supplement that expands the Krosmaster universe with fun figures, familiar mechanics and plenty of tactical action, perfect for those who already own the base set and want more variety on the board.
