Las Vegas Royale

Las Vegas Royale is the upgraded version of the 2012 Las Vegas dice game, incorporating elements from the 2014 Boulevard expansion. The core of the game consists of six casino mats, one for each face of a standard die. Each mat is populated with money cards until at least $50k is showing, though the total can climb much higher, making that casino especially attractive. Every player receives eight colored dice (plus a larger die that counts as two) and takes turns rolling. The result dictates which casino mat the die must be placed on – a roll of 3 goes to the "3" casino. In a single turn you must place all dice showing the same number onto one casino. Once all dice are used, the player with the most dice on a casino claims the highest‑value money card there; the second‑most gets the next card, and so on. In case of a tie, the non‑tied player with the most dice takes the top card, while the tied players get nothing from that casino. To spice things up, twelve expansion tiles are shuffled and randomly assigned to the casinos. These tiles grant special abilities that trigger when dice are placed on them, adding a layer of strategy beyond simple majority. The oversized die for each player counts as two dice, allowing for bigger swings. The game lasts about 45‑60 minutes, is easy to learn, and supports 2‑5 players who enjoy light, dice‑driven, area‑control experiences.
