About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for a fierce showdown between two bandits in Los Banditos! Think Schotten-Totten, but with dice. The goal is clear: gather as many points as possible by snatching valuable 'booty tiles' worth 1 to 3 points. The competition is fierce because you'll be using colored dice (four different colors!) kept in a bag, adding a touch of surprise to each roll.
In the center of the table, four point tiles are displayed, and the rest form a draw pile to be used during the game. On your turn, the action is simple yet strategic: draw two dice from the bag and roll them. The challenge is to form poker-like combinations with these three dice. But be warned, the game doesn't wait! If you can prove that your opponent has no chance of winning a specific tile, even if they haven't completed their formation yet, you can claim it immediately. Then, just replace it with the next one from the pile and continue the hunt for points. The first bandit to accumulate 10 victory points is declared the ultimate winner. It's part of Schmidt Spiele's 'Easy Play' line, which suggests quick games and accessible rules, perfect for those who want something straightforward and fun.
