About the game
What you do in a play session
Massive Darkness 2: Enemy Box – Feyfolk arrives as the second enemy box for the Massive Darkness 2 line, adding more feeral chaos to your campaign. In addition to the dreaded Light Bearers, you’ll now have to contend with Harpies and Dark Pixies, each with a leader and minions, plus a new roaming threat: Queen Caenedra. Harpies dominate the skies, grabbing heroes and dragging them away from the dungeon, while Dark Pixies drain mana to heal themselves. Caenedra herself is a fae witch who casts buff spells on her minions, making her a boss that demands careful planning. All of this comes in ready‑to‑play cards compatible with the Massive Darkness 2 system and fits seamlessly onto the existing modular boards. The Action‑Points mechanic remains, letting players allocate moves, attacks, or special abilities, while dice rolling keeps tension high on resolutions. Because the expansion is cooperative, the group must coordinate strategies to curb the Harpies' aerial assaults and the Pixies' mana theft, while managing Queen Caenedra. The product includes detailed miniatures, enemy tokens, and event cards, all illustrated to reinforce the dark‑fae atmosphere. No core rule changes mean veterans can jump straight into the new threats. Perfect for 1‑6 players who enjoy long campaigns, modular exploration, and tactical miniatures combat. If you love expanding your dungeon universe with fresh, thematic villains, this box is a solid upgrade.
