Ever watched those perfect heist movies where a team of specialists plans every detail to break into an impossible vault and escape with bags of cash without firing a single shot? That's exactly the vibe of Meeple Heist! In this game, you and your friends take on the role of masterminds planning an epic robbery at the Meeple Castle, a luxurious casino run by organized crime. The catch? You aren't the only one with this brilliant idea. Other teams are attempting the same heist simultaneously, and to make things worse, they are using the same pool of specialists.
The game revolves around a delightful dynamic of distrust. You'll have access to characters with specific skills—such as The Brain, The Face, The Muscle, The Eye, The Feet, and The Fingers—but be careful: these meeples are untrustworthy! They might be working for you now, but they could easily be on your opponent's payroll. The fun lies in trying to deduce who actually works for whom while attempting to position your agents in the right place at the right time.
To successfully infiltrate the casino and secure the biggest slice of the loot, you'll need a mix of cunning, risk management, and, of course, a healthy dose of luck, as dice rolling dictates the pace of the action. It's not just about where you place your pieces, but about predicting your opponent's moves and uncovering the hidden intentions of your 'allies'. Can you coordinate this group of unstable specialists and pull off the most ambitious heist of all time, or will you end up empty-handed while your neighbor escapes with all the mob's money? Remember the golden rule: never, under any circumstances, trust the meeples!
