About the game
What you do in a play session
Hey board game enthusiasts! If you've enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Merchants Cove and are always looking for a way to spice up your games, check out this pack of Rogue cards that came straight from the Kickstarter campaign. Created from suggestions by the project's backers, these cards bring some interesting twists, but fair warning: they haven't been as extensively playtested and balanced as the base game.
Inside the box, you'll find 3 blank cards for your own creative endeavors and 5 new Rogue cards, each with a unique effect. We have the 'Genies,' who can boost your sales if you play your cards right. The 'Vigilantes' help manage the chaos by messing with other Rogues. Then there are the 'Revolutionaries,' who flip the game on its head during final scoring, turning Corruption into gold and vice versa. The 'Superbackers' give your wallet a boost, increasing the price of your goods. And finally, the 'Automatons,' which present an interesting dilemma: more Corruption in exchange for activating special abilities without needing to hire any townsfolk. It's all about adding variety and testing new strategies in your favorite port!
