About the game
Get ready to shake up the kingdom with the Morgana expansion for Merlin! This beauty introduces two new resources, Gold and Mistletoe, which add extra spice to all three new modules. Gold is the strong currency for acquiring shields, flags, and building materials, besides earning points at the end of the game. Mistletoe, on the other hand, is that wildcard that saves you from annoying requirements on mission cards.

Module 1, "Morgana," injects a hefty dose of direct interaction. The enchantress Morgana herself interferes with the search for the throne! You can use her dice to activate special abilities or even move her figure around the map, blocking areas and preventing opponents from getting what they need. Watch out for her poisoned apples, which can mess with others' plans and even steal actions! And whoever manages to get the Drinking Horn (by spending gold and materials to make a die roll a 7) earns points and an item fiercely contested round after round.

Module 2, "Caerleon," reimagines the board with 6 districts that change everything. Want flags, building materials, or shields? Each district is the only place to get these items, and some give you the chance to grab two at once when allocating your follower. There's a district to earn gold, another to trade resources for others of your choice (paying gold or other items), and a garden to collect apples and mistletoe. A new way to play Merlin!

Finally, Module 3, "Market," allows you to trade gold for valuable goods like shields, materials, or even tokens that act as apples/mistletoe, extra influence, or an additional die. But beware: you can only use the market if you haven't completed a mission on your turn, and purchased goods return at the end of each scoring round. Prepare for unprecedented strategies and challenges that will test even the most experienced knights!
