Building skyscrapers is now possible, raising rents to "mega" levels, and the train stations can yield double if you invest in them. You start with $2500, including a $1000 bill to give that initial boost. The speed die can take you to unowned properties or, worse, to those you owe rent on – watch out! Bus tickets, on the other hand, are great for going wherever you want, but be careful: they expire!
