In Palm Laboratory, the life of a mad (or brilliant, depending on your perspective!) scientist is full of dangers and discoveries. Your mission is to create fantastic monsters, devices, and potions, all while preventing your laboratory from becoming an explosive mess. This highly portable resource management game challenges you to maintain order as you advance your experiments, perfect for playing on the go.

The game is primarily a solo experience, using a small deck of four-sided cards that are manipulated in very creative ways. The main gimmick is that you flip and rotate cards to transform them, improving your resource production, gaining more points, or progressing towards the goal you've chosen for the game. Yes, you define the victory or defeat conditions, and some objectives even add new cards or specific missions to spice things up.

Each turn, you examine the top two cards of your deck and decide: use an action from one of them (paying the cost and rotating it 180º, flipping it over, or storing it at 90º so it 'sticks out' from the deck) or discard the top card to the back of the deck. Stored cards are a valuable resource, providing what you need for future actions. It's a constant dance between optimizing your deck and managing your resources to prevent chaos from taking over your laboratory!
