About the game
Imagine you are the owner of a chicken coop, and your mission is simple: make sure your chickens don't go hungry. In Pick-omino, the feast consists of fried worms, but to get them, you'll need a bit of luck and a healthy dose of audacity. Designed by the master Reiner Knizia, this game is all about fast-paced adrenaline and laughs, perfect for those who love the 'all or nothing' thrill.

The game flow is dynamic. On your turn, you roll the dice and set aside those that show the same value. Want more? You can reroll the remaining dice to try and increase your score. But be careful: if you push your luck too far and fail to get any matching values, you 'bust'. The result? You lose your chance to take a worm tile and, to make matters worse, you must turn the highest-value tile face-down, removing it from the game.

The special spice here is the interaction. If you can't grab a worm from the grill, don't be sad — you can simply help yourself to your opponents' worms! This creates a delicious tension of 'who will steal from whom', turning the match into a frenetic competition. It's a fast-entry game where the rules can be explained in two minutes and the fun starts instantly. Whether in a travel version or the classic edition, Pick-omino delivers the classic gambling experience but with the funny wrapper of hungry poultry. It's the ideal kind of game to kick off a game night or to fill the gap between longer sessions, keeping everyone engaged and competitive.
