About the game
Ready your fleet and take command! In Quantum, you lead one of four human factions in a frantic struggle for space dominance. The brilliant twist here is that your dice aren't just for luck: they ARE your ships. The die value defines everything: the number indicates movement speed, but interestingly, the lower the number, the more powerful the ship is in combat. This means a [6] is a lightning-fast but fragile Scout, while a [1] is a slow but devastating Battlestation.

Don't feel stuck with your initial roll, though. Thanks to quantum technology, you can spend actions to reconfigure your ships (re-roll the dice), transforming that scout into a war tank when the heat is on. Each ship type possesses a unique special power usable once per turn—such as the Destroyer, which can swap places with other dice, or the Flagship, which transports allies. Combining these powers is the key to executing brilliant plays and catching your opponents off guard.

The ultimate goal is colonization: constructing Quantum Cubes on strategic planets. Each cube built isn't just a victory point, but also an upgrade, allowing you to expand your fleet or acquire new permanent abilities. With a modular board offering 30 different layouts (or the freedom to design your own), no two games are the same. It's a game of pure strategy where randomness exists, but you are the one who decides when to embrace it. If you enjoy space combat, positioning management, and want something that blends easy-to-learn rules with absurd tactical depth, Quantum is the perfect choice. Whether you're a cautious diplomat or a ruthless destroyer, the cosmos is waiting for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the game too dependent on dice luck?
Not at all! While it uses dice, the luck is controlled. You can spend actions to re-roll and transform your ships, making the game far more strategic than random.
How long does a game take?
Usually around 60 minutes, depending on the number of players and the complexity of the chosen map.
Is it hard to learn?
The basic rules are simple and quick. The complexity comes from the tactical depth and how you combine ship powers, but the learning curve is smooth.
Does it work well with 2 players?
Yes, the game is balanced for 2 to 4 players, maintaining tension and territory disputes even in smaller games.
Is there much text in the game?
There is moderate language dependence. Some cards or references might require translation for those who aren't fluent in English.
