About the game
Get ready for a challenge of quick thinking and a bit of math in San-Suu Jiang-shi! Inspired by the classic Japanese game 'Nana Narabe' (Seven in a Row), this card game puts you in the shoes of a Jiang-shi (a type of hopping zombie from Chinese folklore) trying to survive. On each turn, you need to play cards in numerical sequence, either ascending or descending. But beware: you can't place cards of the same color next to each other, whether vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. And there's more! You can stack up to two cards, combining their values, and you even have the option to split the numbers on the cards played. This flexibility creates an addictive puzzle that tests your skills in combining colors, numbers, and even split digits. When you think you've reached your limit and can't play any more cards, that's where 'San-Suu' (Arithmetic) comes in. This special mechanic might be your salvation, helping you find unexpected moves and stay in the game. It's a fast-paced game, with rounds lasting 15 to 20 minutes, perfect for 3 to 5 players who enjoy a light and fun mental challenge. Can you arrange the Jiang-shi and be the last one standing?
