About the game
What you do in a play session
If you enjoy the thrill of hunting a fugitive or the excitement of sneaking through the city undetected, get ready! Scotland Yard: Tokyo brings the classic "one versus many" dynamic to the vibrant streets of Tokyo. One player takes on the role of Mr. X, the target of the moment, and must use taxis, subways, and buses to evade the police. The other players form the detective team, moving around the map trying to corner and capture Mr. X. The key twist is that Mr. X's exact location is only revealed at specific moments, leaving the detectives in the dark and increasing the tension with each turn. To give the police an extra boost when the game gets tighter (with fewer detectives in play), an extra "police" figure enters the scene, not requiring tickets for movement. It's the same engaging gameplay as the original, but with a Japanese twist that renews the experience. Perfect for those who enjoy deduction games with a "cat and mouse" feel and hidden movement, without complicated rules and with quick matches.
