About the game
Looking for that perfect game for when you want something light, yet still requiring a bit of strategic mischief? Skip-Bo is exactly that. Inspired by the classics 'Spite and Malice', the goal is simple but challenging: be the first to empty your entire stockpile of cards. It's not just about luck; it's about how you organize your game.

The dynamics work like this: there are four shared building piles in the center of the table. To place a card there, it must follow the numerical sequence from 1 to 12. On your turn, you fill your hand to five cards and try to play as many as possible. You can use cards from your hand, the top of your stockpile, or even from your four personal discard piles.

The real fun (or the real torture for your opponent) lies in the management of these discard piles. If you organize the cards well there, you create powerful combos to clear your stockpile quickly. But be careful: if you play a '2' and the next player is desperately needing it to clear their own pile, you've just given them a gift!

And of course, we have the Skip-Bo card, the wildcard. It acts as any number, but using it at the wrong time can be a fatal mistake, while using it at the right moment can clear half of your stockpile in one go. It's a fast-paced game, easy to teach to the whole family, and it sparks that healthy competitiveness of who can 'block' the other first. If you enjoy card games where organization and timing are everything, Skip-Bo is a classic for a reason.

How long does a match last?
Usually about 20 minutes. It's great for starting a game night or for playing during trips.
Can children play?
Yes! It's excellent for practicing counting and basic organization, making it very accessible for kids.
