Smash Up: Science Fiction Double Feature adds four fresh factions—Time Travelers, Cyborg Apes, Super Spies and Shapeshifters—to the classic deck‑combining game. Each faction introduces brand‑new abilities that let you recycle cards, attach effects to your minions or manipulate opponents' futures. Designed for two players only, the set can also be mixed with other Smash Up expansions for up to four‑player free‑for‑all games. The goal is straightforward: place your minions on board areas, gain influence, and at the end of the round control the majority of areas to score points. Core mechanics are Area Majority/Influence and Hand Management, while variable player powers add a Take‑That flavor that creates surprising turnarounds.
