About the game
What you do in a play session
Let the fire burn and the cauldron bubble! In Spellcrafter, you use familiars and other forms of sorcery to craft 'spells' in a word-building game for 2 to 5 players. Draft cards from a shared pool and use the collected letters and special powers to form the most valuable word. Prove you're the strongest spellcrafter over four rounds to be named High Priest or Priestess of the coven! Each letter card has a suit (Familiars, Sigils, Cauldrons, and Moons) and a numeric value (similar to Scrabble). Bonuses are awarded for long words, words in the same suit, or both! Special cards allow you to change the suit of letters, duplicate letters, or add a wildcard letter.
