In Symphony No.9, you step into the shoes of a wealthy 18th-century noble, eager to patronize the era's most talented musicians. Your goal is to become the richest and most influential patron by acquiring their masterpieces and ensuring their concerts are resounding successes. Each turn, you'll collect donation cubes from six different musicians. These cubes are drawn from a career track; once depleted, it signifies the musician's end, allowing you, as the primary patron, to discard your cubes and claim a valuable Composition tile. Each musician has unique scoring rules for their compositions, so pay close attention! Their reputations fluctuate, impacting the overall Popularity Ranking. At the end of each round, everyone blindly donates money to the Royal Concert. The musicians with the most support perform, and their patrons profit from the success. It's a game of management, speculation, and a touch of bluffing, where you must balance investing in artists with the risk of seeing them depleted or overspending yourself. Will you manage your resources wisely to build a musical legacy, or will you take bold gambles to secure fame and fortune? Prepare for a historical and musical experience where showing off your wealth is part of the strategy!
