About the game

What you do in a play session

Take Your Marks is a tabletop athletics game that simulates the ten classic decathlon events without the hassle of complex scoring or math. You manage athletes who have a Grade (1-10) and a Lean (their specialized event). The gameplay is quick and straightforward: roll 2d6, check the chart for the time or distance, then roll a d10 to append the final digit—no addition, just tagging the number. That d10 also acts as the photo finish for ties. Each event takes about two minutes, and a full ten-event meet can be wrapped up in an evening. There's even a campaign mode for a full season. With 11 print-ready documents and an offline app, Take Your Marks is perfect for anyone who wants the thrill of track-and-field without the complexity.
