About the game
What you do in a play session
The Zont Deck isn’t your everyday 52‑card pack; it introduces a whole new universe with three colors, five unique suits and 11 cards per suit. Each suit contains three sets of 1, 2 and 3, plus a zero and a four, adding up to 55 distinct cards. The real twist lies in the thematic powers each suit carries. The Art suit (+) grants card gain, letting you draw or play another card from your hand. The Change suit (–) forces card loss, while the Favors suit (four dots) changes the game state, such as altering turn order or temporary rules. The Great Zont (one dot) provides immunity to other powers, and the Giglets (infinity) act as wild cards that can assume any power. These effects give the deck a modern flexibility, enabling the design of completely new card games. The Zont Deck ships with two ready‑to‑play games, and the official website offers four additional free games, expanding the play options. As a print‑and‑play system, you can print the cards at home and experiment with rule variations, making it a creative playground for anyone who loves inventing or tweaking card games. Perfect for groups that enjoy trying out fresh mechanics and customizing their sessions, the Zont Deck invites plenty of strategic experimentation.
