About the game
What you do in a play session
If you’ve enjoyed laying tracks across the USA with the original Ticket to Ride, the Ticket to Ride: USA 1910 expansion takes your train game to a whole new level. With 181 large-format cards, the expansion delivers 35 brand‑new destination tickets set in the early 20th century, plus 4 Mystery Train tickets and a GlobeTrotter bonus that rewards the player who completes the most routes. The big twist? A full replacement deck: 30 destination tickets (four with reduced value), 110 train cards, and the longest‑route bonus, Trans America Express. The rulebook introduces three play modes: the 1910 rules, where you play like the base game but only with the expansion tickets and the GlobeTrotter bonus; the Big Cities rules, focused on the 35 “Big City” tickets for a tighter game; and the Mega Game, which mixes all tickets and bonuses for a more competitive, tense finish. Hand‑management mechanics stay intact, but the larger card pool demands extra attention to avoid running out of options. Components include the cards, colored train pieces, track tiles, and a score marker. If you love route‑building challenges and want to explore new American routes, this expansion will keep you glued to the rails. The game stays at 30‑60 minutes, supports 2‑5 players, and is as accessible to newcomers as it is to seasoned Ticket to Ride veterans.
