Tzolk'in: The Mayan Calendar – Mini Expansion 2

Hey everyone! Ready to spice up your Tzolk'in game? This mini expansion, which popped up at the Gathering of Friends 2013, brings two little things that can make a big difference: a new monument and a souped-up starting wealth tile. The monument is the star here: unlike the others, it rewards you immediately! Built it early in the game? Score 40 points! Later on, the score drops, but it's still worth it. And don't worry about 'Food Days' or if someone sped up time – the game knows how to count the quarter correctly for this monument. The souped-up starting wealth tile gives you an extra boost of corn and wood, but with a small 'side effect': you move down one step on the brown temple track. For those playing with fewer people (2 or 3 players), this tile might even require an extra dummy worker, so keep an eye on those markers. It's a cool way to add extra flavor without overcomplicating things, keeping the essence of Tzolk'in that we already love. If you're a fan of the base game and want some new twists for your playthroughs, this expansion is a great addition to refresh your strategy and scoring!
