In Under Falling Skies, Earth is under alien attack! Humanity has retreated to underground bunkers, and you are the last hope to defend cities and fight back. This is a solo game that puts you in command of defending a besieged city, with a multi-mission campaign promising hours of tension and strategy. The core mechanic is super clever: you roll dice to perform actions, such as shooting down enemy ships, expanding your underground base, or investing in research. The twist is that the die value not only determines the strength of your action but also the speed at which enemy ships descend. So, high numbers are great for your actions but accelerate the threat! You need to balance the need for powerful actions with the risk of seeing the mothership rapidly approach. Managing your energy and robots is crucial to keeping your base operational and resisting the invaders. Can you complete your mission before your base is destroyed and humanity falls? Under Falling Skies is an enhanced version of an award-winning print & play game, now featuring a robust campaign that expands the original experience and offers even more content for solo game enthusiasts.
