About the game
What you do in a play session
The game unfolds in simulated real-time, where each player, at their own pace, rolls dice to perform actions like researching, attacking, or containing the Epics plaguing the city. You can re-roll and lock dice up to three times, seeking the perfect combination to overcome challenges. But beware, as the Epics don't stand still! Each round, they activate their devastating abilities, causing chaos and reducing the population. If the city falls, everyone loses. Communication and teamwork are crucial, as you must decide together which threats to prioritize and how to use your resources to weaken Steelheart and his henchmen.
With variable powers for each Reckoner, the game offers replayability and constant challenges. Each match is a tactical puzzle where collaboration is the key to victory. If you enjoy tense cooperative games with dice rolling, risk management, and the thrill of turning the tide at the last minute against a powerful enemy, The Reckoners is a sure bet for your table!
