Set in 1950s Vienna, you head a non‑governmental secret agency in a race to capture whistle‑blowers holding valuable intel on culture, administration, religion, nobility and science. Each player controls a team of agents moving through city districts, sending them to key buildings to enclose neighboring squares and ensure the informants meet you. Multi‑use cards let agents perform various actions – move, spy, gather commodities or block opponents – and all choices are made simultaneously, creating that "what will the other player do?" tension.
The board is modular, so the layout of neighborhoods shifts each game, forcing you to rebuild your strategy every time. Meanwhile, the commodity market works like speculation: buying cheap and selling when values rise can net extra points. An action queue requires you to plan your sequence of moves, yet you must still adapt to opponents' selections. Collecting sets of information and managing your hand of cards are crucial to close contracts and dominate Vienna. The game blends espionage suspense with economic decisions, in 30‑90 minute sessions perfect for 2‑4 players who enjoy light strategy and high replayability.
