About the game

What you do in a play session

Wiz‑War: Bestial Forces pours even more blood and wild spells into the already chaotic wizard duel universe. The expansion introduces three new schools of magic – Mythology, Totem, and Draconic – each with its own unique flavor. Mythology brings legendary creatures and relics that can blow up the game; Draconic focuses on spells that alter creature and wizard attacks, making every move more unpredictable; and Totem offers totems that, when placed on the board, can boost spell energy, slow opponents, block damage, or expand sight – all in a frenetic dance of strategy and luck. If you’re already familiar with the basics of Wiz‑War, you’ll be surprised by the six new creatures that emerge from each school, presenting challenges that require planning and reactivity. The board remains modular, ensuring each game feels fresh, while the player‑elimination mechanic keeps the tension high, as losers are removed from the action. The expansion does not include the base game, so you’ll need it to play. With about 60 minutes of playtime and 2–4 players, Bestial Forces is perfect for those who love fast battles but don’t want to sacrifice strategic depth. If you have experience with Wiz‑War and aren’t afraid of a little chaos, this expansion will leave you spinning with all that magical energy.
