About the game
What you do in a play session
Grab your rifles and clear your schedule, because the White House has fallen! Washington Z.C. isn't just another scenario pack for Zombicide (2nd Edition); it's the first time the franchise dives deep into a story-driven campaign. Now, you and your friends aren't just surviving random hordes, but living through a narrative across 10 interconnected missions where your choices actually impact the group's fate.
The expansion introduces six new survivors ready for the fight and adds advanced rules that bring more depth to the combat. The biggest highlight is the progression: your characters can now keep equipment between missions, unlock new powers, and earn achievements throughout the journey. Feeling risky? The 'Go All Out' mechanic allows you to unleash the full potential of your weapons, but beware: the risk of breaking your gear is very real.
Additionally, time management becomes much more tense with the clock sheet and night rules, forcing the group to plan every move to ensure the President (and your own skin) stays safe. Between elite Secret Service weapons and crucial decisions via Objective Cards, the experience becomes much more strategic and dramatic than the standalone matches of the base game. If you enjoy feeling your characters evolve and seeing the world react to your actions, this expansion transforms Zombicide into a true urban survival saga in the heart of American power.
