About the game
What you do in a play session
Lea, the 17‑year‑old survivor, was one of the few teens who could mingle with the popular crowd at school, flaunting her courage and attitude. Her fiery temper, though, often got her into trouble with teachers and classmates, keeping her on the fringes of society. It wasn’t until zombies started appearing that Lea’s life changed forever. With each new threat, she learned to use her wit and strength to outsmart enemies, but she also discovered that sometimes the best strategy is to trust friends. The character adds a new layer of drama to the game, because she can be played as a normal survivor or as her own zombie, called Zombivor, which appears when the Season Two Kickstarter campaign reaches an extra support threshold. This zombie version adds an extra challenge, forcing players to deal with an internal threat. Lea comes with a set of detailed miniatures, a deck of action cards, and a modular board that can be rearranged to create different scenarios. Players must manage their hand cards, use action points to move, attack, and use special abilities, while cooperating to eliminate zombie hordes. The game earned a 7.5 rating on BGG and 8.3 on Ludopedia, reflecting the balance between tension and fun. If you love cooperative games, card‑management strategies, and want to try a character that evolves from ally to foe, Lea is the perfect pick. The expansion is optional, so you can add it to your Zombicide collection without buying the base game again.
