About the game
Imagine the tension of Russian Roulette, but with kittens. That's the core of the experience, and Zombie Kittens takes this concept and adds an apocalyptic twist. If you're familiar with Exploding Kittens, the basic loop remains: draw cards and pray you don't blow up. However, in this version, the game doesn't end just because you exploded. In the original, exploding meant you were out; here, death is just the start of the mayhem.

Now, when you explode, you become a zombie kitten. The best (or worst) part is that the dead players aren't just spectators. They keep the cards in their hands and can play specific cards to torment those who are still alive. It's the perfect way for that friend who's already lost to keep messing with the players who still have a shot at winning.

The big twist is that while only living players can officially win, there is a chance to return from the dead. Yes, you can actually resurrect and fight your way back to victory, turning the match into a frantic struggle between survivors and the undead trying to pull everyone else down with them.

The game is incredibly fast, with matches lasting around 15 minutes, making it the perfect filler for any game night. Additionally, it's modular: you can play Zombie Kittens as a standalone game or mix it with the original Exploding Kittens deck to create an even more chaotic and unpredictable experience. It's guaranteed fun, filled with betrayals, laughs, and, of course, plenty of zombie kittens trying to take over the table.
