About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for a pixelated battle in 8-Bit Invaders! In this solo game, the responsibility of defending your home planet falls entirely on your shoulders. A horde of aliens is advancing relentlessly, and you are the last line of defense. Each turn, luck (and your dice) will be on your side. Roll six dice and use the results to blast the alien invaders. Every roll is crucial to eliminate the threat before it reaches your doorstep. If you are quick and precise enough to annihilate all enemies before they land, victory is yours! But if they manage to invade, well... let's just say the planet's future won't be very bright.
Originally created for a solo game competition in the 'Print & Play' format, 8-Bit Invaders is a quick and straightforward challenge, perfect for those who enjoy testing their skills against the game. The retro video game theme adds a special charm to the experience, reminiscent of the good old days of arcades. It's the kind of game you can pick up for a quick match during lunch or before bed, with no time commitment. Although dice luck is a factor, strategy in choosing which invaders to attack and how to optimize your rolls makes all the difference. If you enjoy solo games, quick challenges, and a nostalgic 8-bit feel, this game is for you!
