About the game
In *Abyss*, the throne of the abyssal people is vacant, and the race to become the new underwater ruler has begun! Prepare for a strategic journey of development and collection, where you'll need all your cunning to seize power. The objective is simple, but the execution is full of nuances: control the most strategic locations in the submerged city to establish yourself as the only leader capable of governing. To achieve this, you'll need to develop on three main fronts. First, collect valuable allies, who are the foundation of everything. Next, use these allies to recruit the powerful Lords of the Abyss, influential figures who will grant special abilities. Finally, with the help of these Lords, you will gain access to different parts of the city, expanding your domain. Card acquisition happens through a drafting system, and the Lords of the Abyss you recruit come with unique powers. However, there's a catch: once you use a Lord to acquire a location, their power is deactivated. This means timing is everything! You need to plan your moves and territory acquisitions well to be in the best possible position when the game ends. It's a game that blends hand management, auction, and set collection in a very elegant way, all set in a visually stunning underwater universe.
