About the game

What you do in a play session

In The Vale of Eternity, you step into the shoes of a cunning tamer, embarking on a fantastic journey to hunt and tame a myriad of monsters and spirits. In this magical realm, where countless creatures live in harmony, dragons stand out as the noblest and most coveted beings. Every tamer's goal is, of course, to have the largest and best army of minions, and whoever manages to tame the most impressive ones claims victory!

Each round unfolds in three dynamic phases. First, in the Hunting Phase, you'll draft two cards from the game board, wisely choosing which creatures you want to add to your hand. Next, in the Action Phase, strategy shines: you can sell cards for resources, tame the creatures you've captured, or even summon them to your side. Finally, in the Resolution Phase, it's time to activate the special effects of the cards you've summoned, creating powerful combos and advancing your quest for glory. The game continues in a sequence of rounds until the end-game conditions are met. Prepare to encounter over seventy legendary creatures, drawn from myths around the world, in a card game that blends hand management, multi-use cards, and an exciting race for supremacy!
