You know that feeling when the family photo slowly starts to fade? Exactly—you're stuck in 1955, and the time paradox is not playing around! In Back to the Future: Back in Time, you and your friends must join forces to fix the mess Marty made in the past. The objective is simple on paper but tense in practice: you need to navigate Hill Valley, collect the necessary items to get the DeLorean in tip-top shape, and, of course, ensure that George and Lorraine fall in love so the future isn't erased.
But it's not just a stroll through town. You'll have to deal with Biff and his gang of bullies who love to cause trouble. The game is fully cooperative, meaning either everyone wins or everyone stays stuck in the 50s forever. Each player takes on a fundamental role: you could be the adventurous Marty, the brilliant (and slightly manic) Doc Brown, the supportive Jennifer, or even Einstein, the smartest dog in history.
The gameplay involves plenty of dice rolling and that 'push your luck' thrill—do you risk one more roll to get what you need, or play it safe to avoid a disaster? The final rush is a race against the clock: you must accelerate the DeLorean to exactly 88 MPH on Main Street at the precise moment the lightning strikes the clock tower at 10:04 PM. If you miss the timing or lack the items, it's game over. It's a game of strategy and luck where group coordination is the only thing standing between you and a non-existent future. Get those flux capacitors ready and good luck!

Is the game hard to learn?
Not at all! It's very accessible and ideal for those who don't want to read massive rulebooks. If you know the movie, the logic flows naturally.
Can I play it solo?
The game is designed for 2 to 4 players, focusing on cooperation. There is no official solo mode.
How long does a game last?
Usually around 50 minutes, depending on how much you decide to risk with the dice.
Is it a strategic game or more luck-based?
It's a balance. There's strategy in character management, but the dice rolling and 'push your luck' mechanics bring unpredictability.
Who do you recommend this game for?
For groups of friends who love the movie and want a thematic game without excessive complexity.
