Blackbeard throws you straight into the Golden Age of Piracy in the 18th century. Each player takes on the role of one (or more) famous pirates, like the dreaded Edward Teach (Blackbeard) or the cunning Bartholomew Roberts. Your goal? Amass a fortune and retire before a Royal Commissioner captures you, a warship sinks you, or your own crew betrays you! The game is a tactical sandbox where you sail the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, and beyond, plundering merchant ships – from worthless cargo to Spanish and Mughal treasures. The movement mechanic is unique: instead of fixed turns, players act when their cards are drawn from a deck, creating a dynamic and unpredictable flow. When you're not pirating, you can take on the role of pirate hunters, adding a strategic layer. Get ready for storms, mutinies, scurvy, and lots of treachery – after all, being a pirate isn't easy!
