About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for a super accessible introduction to the world of trick-taking games with Bo Bo Bon! This game makes the trick-taking concept intuitive, using cards of varying sizes to represent value. The goal is simple: collect as many tricks as possible by playing the highest card. But beware, not every trick is worth taking! If an ant is revealed and you take the trick, it steals a point from you, adding an interesting strategic layer. Victory goes to whoever accumulates the most stars. Before each round, a 'sugar chip' is revealed, indicating what's at stake: one or two stars, or a mischievous ant that might steal a sugar chip if you already have one. To win stars, you need to collect candies. The color of the first candy played in the round sets the suit to be followed. If you don't have the color, you can play a 'useless' card, or even better, a Munchie Monster! The Munchie Monster acts as a trump card, always being larger than the other candies and guaranteeing the trick. Bo Bo Bon is a fun mix of strategy and a touch of luck, perfect for those looking for a quick and engaging game.
