About the game

What you do in a play session

Brawl is a real-time card game that pits two players in a frenetic combat. Each match lasts about 35 seconds, where you and your opponent burn through a 35-card deck at a breakneck pace. Each deck has a unique mix of cards (like Hit, Block, and Clear) and requires a different playstyle to win. The goal is to play more Hits than your opponent on each Base, while the Freeze cards at the bottom of the deck determine when the game ends. Created by James Ernest in 1999, Brawl is an evolution of Cheapass Games' real-time games, perfect for those who love fast-paced action and adrenaline. And the best part: you can download and print the decks at home!
