Carcassonne: 4 Seasons – The Spring

By mixing these tiles with your base game, you'll expand the map and introduce new ways to score. The focus here is on gardens and spring areas: when you place a tile adjacent (vertically or diagonally) to one of these new landscapes, you gain extra points. Each garden will yield 3 points, while each adjacent spring tile is worth 1 point. But the fun doesn't stop there! Each of the four seasonal expansions (including this spring one) comes with a unique statue tile. If you manage to place a new base game tile so that it's vertically or diagonally next to one of these statues, magic happens: you can place two meeples on adjacent tiles, but in different areas.
