Get ready to expand your medieval kingdom with Carcassonne Big Box 3! This deluxe edition features the classic tile-placement game, where you build roads, cities, cloisters, and fields in the southern French landscape, plus five cool expansions: "Inns & Cathedrals", "Traders & Builders", "Princess & Dragon", "Abbey & Mayor", and "Bridges, Castles, & Bazaars".
Each turn, you draw a landscape tile and connect it to the existing ones, following connection rules (city to city, road to road, etc.). Then, you decide whether to place one of your meeples (those friendly little figures) on one of the features of the newly placed tile. They can be knights in cities, robbers on roads, monks in cloisters, or farmers in fields. When an area is completed, the meeple scores points! The game is super dynamic, with quick decisions that impact the board and scoring. Is it worth placing your last meeple there or hindering an opponent? With so many options and expansions, the fun is guaranteed for those who enjoy light strategy and high replayability. It's perfect for anyone who wants the complete Carcassonne experience in one box and wants to start playing without hassle.

What is the recommended minimum age?
Generally, Carcassonne is recommended for players aged 8 and up, but the Big Box with expansions might be a bit more complex for younger ones.
How long does a game take?
A base game session lasts about 30 minutes. With the expansions, it might extend a bit, but it's still a relatively quick game.
Do I need to know the rules for all expansions to play?
No! You can start by playing only the base game and add the expansions gradually as you become comfortable with the mechanics.
How many players can participate?
Carcassonne works well with 2 to 5 players, but this Big Box version supports up to 6 players.
Is the game very competitive?
There's a good amount of competition for area control, but the overall tone is more about building and light strategy, without being overly aggressive.
Is it worth buying this Big Box if I already have the base game?
If you enjoy Carcassonne and want access to several popular expansions at once and in an organized way, then yes, it's definitely worth it!
