About the game
Chabyrinthe is a quick, light, and fun game where you help cats (so many cats!) find their way home — or rather, to that sweet, sweet cat condo. The board is a 4x4 grid of cards you rotate mid-turn, creating new pathways on the fly. Each round, you do two things: flip one card (to line up a path), then either draw a new card or flip another. If, at the end of your turn, a cat has a clear path to a house, you claim it! Each kitty has different point values, so cuteness isn’t always king — strategy matters. The game wraps up in ~15 minutes, is dead easy to learn (great for travel or quick sessions), and supports 1–4 players. No heavy reading needed, making it friendly for kids and casual gamers, while still offering enough spatial thinking to feel satisfying. Think of it as a puzzle in motion — except with cats racing for the finish line.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many players can play at once?
1–4 players — and it works great solo too, since it’s essentially a visual puzzle with cat companions.
How long is a typical game?
About 15 minutes max. Perfect for quick breaks, between meetings, or before coffee.
Is it good for kids?
Absolutely! No reading needed — just icons, simple actions, and cute cats. Great for ages 6+, depending on attention span.
Do I need to know English to play?
Nope. Cards use clear symbols (cats, homes, paths), and the rules are visual-first — you learn by doing, not reading.
What if someone hates puzzles?
They might not vibe with it. The fun *is* the spatial puzzle — if they dread mentally rotating paths, it’ll feel like homework.
What’s in the box?
A sturdy tin with 16 maze cards, 16 cat cards (with varying point values), 4 home cards, and a super simple rulebook. Everything fits neatly.
Are there expansions or alternate versions?
None officially — it’s a self-contained, compact experience with no expansions needed or planned.
