About the game
What you do in a play session
Chaves: Confusões na Vila arrives on the market bringing a card game inspired by the world’s most beloved village. The game offers three play modes, each using the same deck of cards but demanding very different strategies. In mode 1, players receive three cards each round and draft, passing two to the player on their left. Afterwards, each player places a card on the left side and another on the right side, confronting the opponents’ cards. Each card has an icon that determines who wins; the winner takes the card as a point. The first to reach 25 points wins the round, and after three rounds the player with the highest accumulated points emerges victorious. Mode 2 turns the game into a shedding duel: each player starts with seven cards and tries to discard all of them. A card is revealed in the center, and clockwise players must play a card that shares the same icon. If they can’t, they draw a card. The winner is the one who claims the most rounds. Mode 3 mixes action and strategy: each player begins with two cards and, on each turn, can play a card and apply its effect or discard up to two cards and draw new ones. The goal remains the same: reach 25 points. The “Hand Management” mechanic is central, as players must decide what to keep, discard, and when to use each card. The “Matching” icons add a visual confrontation element, while “Multi‑Use Cards” allow a single card to serve several purposes, increasing flexibility. The game is light, fast, and perfect for fans of the Chaves series who want a card challenge that blends humor, deduction, and strategy in three fun formats. The artwork features iconic characters and quotes that recall the funniest moments from the series.
