About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready to bend the truth to get to the real story in Clue: Liars Edition! In this game, solving Mr. Boddy's murder in the mansion requires more than just deduction; sometimes, your best strategy is a silver tongue. Players use Investigation cards, which can be Truth or Lie cards, to try and convince others they're telling the truth, even when they're not. If you suspect someone is bluffing, you can hit the Liar Button to challenge their story. Whether they're caught lying or not, an Evidence card is revealed, bringing everyone one step closer to cracking the case. When you feel confident, you can make your secret accusation, peeking at the cards in the case file envelope to discover who did it, with what weapon, and in which room. Get it right, and you win the game! This edition adds a twist of bluffing and deception to the classic mystery, making family game night even more fun and full of twists. It's a great choice for those who enjoy the classic Clue and want a version with a different flavor, perfect for playing with friends or during family gatherings, guaranteeing lots of laughs and debates about who's being honest.
