In Cornucopia, your goal is to fill your basket with a variety of fruits and vegetables while trying to predict exactly how long it will take to do so. The idea is simple: the faster and more efficient you complete the harvest, the more coins you earn. But the fun doesn’t stop there. When it’s not your turn, you can still get involved by betting on your opponents’ outcomes – whether they manage to assemble their basket or not. This betting adds a bluff element that keeps everyone on the edge of their seat, even when just watching. The push-your-luck mechanic kicks in when you decide to risk more actions to try to win even more coins, but of course the risk can cost dearly if the cards aren’t favorable. Additionally, there’s the option to collect a single type of fruit or to try to gather all available options, each choice requiring different planning. With 2 to 5 players, 45 to 60 minutes of play, and high-quality components – harvest cards, coins, and basket tokens – Cornucopia offers an experience that blends economics, strategy, and that touch of unpredictability that only betting can bring. If you love agriculture games with a bit of bluff and enjoy testing your luck, this title will surprise you and perhaps become your new favorite for game nights with family or friends.
